I do miss hardbread (knäckebröd) sometimes.
Then there are always seed crackers.😋
100 ml sunflower seeds
30 ml pumpkin seeds
100 ml whole buckwheat
100 ml sesame seeds
20 ml poppy seeds
Coarse Sea salt
Put oven on 175 degrees Celsius (347 F)
Lightly whip the eggs.
Add all the seeds (not the salt) and mix it all.
Put the mix on baking paper on an oven tray and flatten it out.
Salt on top.
Put tray in oven for about 5-8 min. Take it out and cut crackers in to pieces.
Back in to the oven for about 3-5 min.
Then turn off oven and open the door a bit and let the crackers dry in the oven heat…
