I love rhubarb and strawberries!
Together they are unbeatable
I took 4 stems of rhubarb and about 200 g of strawberries. Cut in to smaller pieces and put in a pot on the stove together with 1 tbsp honey and some vanilla powder.
Once it starts to become more liquid, I let it simmer for about 30-45 min, then take off the heat and let it cool.
I serve this with either coconut cream or cow cream, depending on who´s going to eat it. It´s yum!
