Deviled Eggs in a New Way

Deviled eggs are delicious and a staple food for many during a smorgasbord.

Usually it’s egg yolks with mustar, mayonnaise and some spices. I decided to make them slightly different this morning for brunch.

  1. 2 egg yolks from hard boiled eggs
  2. 2-3 tbsp homemade mayonnaise
  3. 1 small garlic clove
  4. Salt and pepper
  5. 1 tsp lemon juice
  6. 4-5 fresh basil leaves

Put everything in a tall container and use an immersion blender to mix everything to a smooth mixture. Place in the egg whites.
