Taco Gratin

Every day at work, hubby eats taco gratin for lunch 😄
Today (like every Sunday) he prepared several portion sized taco gratins for this week.

It’s good to be prepared! 

Ingredients:
serves 2

  • 300g beef mince
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 30 g butter
  • 50 g cream
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 5 tbsp taco spices (your own or something without sugar)
  • Smoked paprika powder
  • 1 tsp fresh or dried chili
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 200-300 ml taco salsa (without sugar)
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • Hard cheese

Directions:

Fry the mince in butter and add the garlic. Fry some more.

Set oven to 200 degrees Celsius (392 F).

Add all other ingredients except the bell pepper. Cut the bell pepper. Let the mince fry on medium heat until creamy, then add the bell pepper.
In an oven dish, spread out the cream cheese in the bottom, then add the taco mince mix. Have some flavorous hard cheese on the top.

Place in the oven for about 20 min or until the cheese is golden.

Serve as is or with a green salad.
