Mixed Plate

A perfect meal is the Mixed Plate. Especially for breakfast, brunch or lunch
You fill it with whatever you like and have at home!

My mixed plate usually has the following:

  • boiled or fried eggs
  • avocado
  • bacon or ham without E-nr’s and sugars
  • olives
  • different kinds of vegetables
  • sometimes shrimps instead of meat
  • sometimes a shrimp mix together with the eggs and some vegetables
  • sometimes I add a serving of fruit or berries

Only your fantasy is the limit.😊
