This is one of the easiest snacks ever, and really tasty.
Try it out!
– raw cashew nuts
– extra virgin olive oil
– himalaya or sea salt
Turn the oven to 200 degrees C (392 F).
Mix the oil and salt and then add the nuts and toss around until all are coated.
Place the nuts on baking paper on an oven tray. Place in the oven for 15-30 min, until they have a golden color.
Let cool and then serve.
