Looking for a treat which is delicious and simple to make?
Chocolate covered Almonds to the rescue!
– 20 g coconut cream
– 2 tbsp cocoa
– 100 g almonds
Set the oven to 200 degrees C (392 F).
Blend the cocoa powder and coconut cream. Then add the almonds and blend thoroughly.
Place on baking paper on a baking tray or oven dish and place in the oven for 20-30 min. Keep an eye on them and stir every 5 min or so.
Take them out and let cool and dry before serving.
